A. Order Process

  1. How do I place an order?

    a. Order can be placed via our website.
    b. First login into your account.
    c. Click the 'Buy' button at the game currency / card / item page that you want to purchase.
    d. Fill up all the required information.
    e. Chose your payment method and the order detail page. Then click 'Submit'.
    f. Transfer the purchase amount to any of our accounts.
    g. Contact our customer support personnel via telephone or live chat once you've transferred the fund.
    h. Once verification is done, proceed to in-game trading. Our customer support will tell you the location.

  2. How do I check my order status?
    Kindly contact our customer support via telephone or live chat.

  3. How do I cancel my order?
    If you've already made an order without payment, just ignore the order. Order will expired in 24 hours if it's not fulfilled. If payment already made for your order, inform our customer support. Your funds will be reflected in your Mine Gamer member account balance.

  4. What happens when the game currency / item / card is out of stocks and I've made payment?
    Our customer support will inform you via phone call or sms once we've replenish the stocks. The payment you've made will be added into your Mine Gamer account. You can login into your account to check your balance.

    Estimated time = 5 - 10 mins after confirmation of payment.

  2. How and where you deliver my purchase game currency?
    We trade in-game for game currency.

C. Membership

  1. Why should I join as member?
    Mine Gamer members are able to accumulate points rewards. Rewards points can use for discount .

  2. How do I join as member?
    Visit Mine Gamer main page to register as members.

  3. What are Rewards Points?
    Rewards points entitles Mine Gamer members for discounts. (When using rewards points for order , after completed that order will not get rewards points)

    Yes. You can use your debit card and made payment via Paypal.

E. Paypal

  1. Why do Mine Gamer need my scanned/photographed identification card for my Paypal purchase?
    Mine Gamer takes fraud seriously. For first time Paypal payment, we'll need for verification against fraud or unauthorized usage of another person's credit card or Paypal account. Second purchase onwards using the same Paypal account or credit card, Mine Gamer will not do further verification.

  2. How long does it takes for Paypal purchases to be processed?
    It takes only a couple of minutes for Paypal purchases to be processed. Once we confirmed the payment via Paypal, deliverywill be immediate.

       3.   You may be required to send documents for verification.
             All first time buyer who paid using credit or debit card are required to do a one-time identify verification by providing documents (colour scanned or photograhed).

             Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in Mine Gamer rejecting the payment made and the payment will be refunded.

            Required documents:
            1. Front and back copy of the National Identification Card or NRIC or IC or Driving license (Full view)
            2. Bank Credit or Debit Card Statement which is not older than 3 months.
            3. Front and back of the credit/debit card. (First and last four digits, name on card, expiry date must be shown)
            4. Credit Card Authorization Form. (To be filled in and send to soft copy to our customer service officer)

F. Refund

  1. In what circumstances can I ask for a refund?
    Mine Gamer will refund your purchases should we confirmed that we are unable to replenish our stocks for delivery.
